Nationwide Delivery: We ship to all 64 districts and upazilas across Bangladesh using top-tier courier services with doorstep delivery and real-time SMS tracking.
1. Delivery Rates & Timelines

2. Order Processing Schedule
Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM on working days are packed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on national holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
3. Parcel Tracking
Once your order is picked up by the courier, you will receive an automated SMS containing your Consignment Tracking Number and direct web link to monitor parcel movement in real time.
4. Delivery Protocol & Doorstep Inspection
Courier riders will contact you via phone prior to delivery. We encourage you to inspect the exterior package and verify the contents before making the payment. If the rider cannot reach you on the first attempt, a second attempt will be scheduled within 24 hours.
