1. What makes AWFIN t-shirts and fabrics premium?

All AWFIN apparel is crafted from dense 220 GSM 100% compact combed cotton. It features zero-bacon 4-layer Lycra rib collars, reactive color-lock dyeing, and pre-shrunk bio-washing to ensure zero shrinkage and long-lasting vibrance across 30+ washes.

2. How much is delivery and what are the timelines?

We deliver nationwide across all 64 districts:
• Inside Dhaka: ৳70 (Delivered within 24–48 Hours)
• Outside Dhaka: ৳130 (Delivered within 2–3 Days / 48–72 Hours)

3. Can I open the parcel and check my order before payment?

Yes! With our nationwide Cash on Delivery service, you are welcome to inspect your package at your doorstep in front of the delivery rider before handing over payment.

4. What happens if the size does not fit?

We provide a 7-Day Size & Color Exchange Guarantee. Simply WhatsApp us at +880 1353-313332 with your Order ID, and our courier will facilitate a doorstep swap.

5. How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive an automated SMS containing your Consignment Tracking Number and a live courier tracking link. You can also visit our Order Tracking Policy page.

6. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across all districts, as well as bKash, Nagad, Visa, Mastercard, and Mobile Banking.
