Track Anytime: Every order dispatched from our facility receives an official tracking code and SMS notifications at each stage of delivery.

1. Tracking Your Shipment

You can track your order using any of the following methods:

  • Direct Courier Link: Click the tracking URL sent to your mobile phone via SMS upon dispatch.
  • WhatsApp Instant Lookup: Message your Order ID or phone number to our hotline at +880 1353-313332 for immediate status updates.

2. Understanding Order Statuses

  • Processing: Your order is verified, quality-checked, and packed in our studio.
  • Dispatched: The parcel is handed over to our nationwide courier partner (Steadfast / RedX / Pathao).
  • In Transit: Your parcel is en route between fulfillment hubs.
  • Out for Delivery: A delivery rider has your package and will call your phone before arriving.
  • Delivered: The parcel has been received and verified by the customer.

3. Delivery Delays & Support

While over 98% of parcels arrive on or ahead of schedule, occasional courier delays may occur due to severe weather, political blockades, or peak festive rush (Eid seasons). If your parcel exceeds the standard timeline, contact us immediately and our logistics desk will prioritize expedited delivery.
