Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Guidelines

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
• Items must be in original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
• You may exchange for a different size (e.g. M → L), another color in the same product line, or an alternative item of equal or higher value.

2. How the Exchange Works (Doorstep Swap)

1. WhatsApp Us: Send your Order ID and preferred replacement size to +880 1353-313332.
2. Confirmation & Dispatch: We reserve your desired size and dispatch the replacement parcel via courier.
3. Doorstep Swap: When the delivery rider arrives with your new item, simply hand over the previous piece in its original packaging.

3. Exchange Shipping Charges

• Defect / Wrong Dispatch: If AWFIN sent the incorrect size or an item with a flaw, shipping is 100% free.
• Customer Preference / Fit Choice: For standard size preference adjustments, a nominal reverse courier fee (৳70 inside Dhaka / ৳130 outside Dhaka) applies to cover logistics.
