Premium Standard: Every AWFIN garment is engineered using 220 GSM heavyweight compact combed cotton, 4-layer Lycra rib collars, and reactive color-lock dyeing. We stand behind the quality of every piece.

1. What Our Quality Warranty Covers

  • Stitching & Seam Integrity: Defective seams, unraveling threads, or missed stitches identified within 7 days of delivery.
  • Fabric Flaws: Holes, weave defects, fabric tears, or stains present upon arrival.
  • Color Fastness: Severe abnormal color bleeding or fading on the first gentle cold wash when following garment care instructions.
  • Incorrect Dispatch: Size or color variations differing from your confirmed order invoice.

2. Free Replacement Process

If your received garment exhibits any verified manufacturing flaw, AWFIN provides a 100% free replacement:

  1. Photograph or record a short video clip showing the defect.
  2. Message our hotline at +880 1353-313332 on WhatsApp.
  3. Our team will dispatch a fresh replacement piece immediately via courier, with return pickup arranged simultaneously.

3. Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper home care (such as boiling water washes, harsh bleaching, hot tumble drying, or sharp object contact), accidental burns, or normal wear and tear after extended usage.
