Product Availability Policy

1. Real-Time Stock Status

Our website utilizes live inventory tracking:

• In Stock: Ready for same-day or next-day dispatch from our Dhaka warehouse.
• Low Stock: Fewer than 10 pieces remain in that size/color; items are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon checkout.
• Out of Stock: The item has sold out for the current production cycle.

2. Restocks & Seasonal Runs

Core essentials (like Black, White, Navy, Bottle Green, and Maroon solid tees) are restocked regularly every 2 to 3 weeks. Limited seasonal drops (winter fleece hoodies and festival panjabis) are produced in strictly limited quantities and may not be re-released once sold out.

3. Unexpected Stock Discrepancies

In the rare event that an item is ordered simultaneously by multiple customers or fails our final pre-shipping quality inspection, we will notify you within 4 hours. You may choose an alternative color, wait for the incoming batch, or cancel with an immediate refund.
