Pre-order Policy

Guidelines on booking upcoming seasonal apparel drops and release timelines.

🛡️ Official Policy of AWFIN Lifestyle

Reserve Your Piece: For high-demand seasonal drops (such as limited winter weighted fleece hoodies and artisan festival panjabis), AWFIN offers pre-orders so you never miss your size.

1. What is a Pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to secure an upcoming garment before it officially arrives at our distribution warehouse. Pre-order listings prominently state the “Estimated Dispatch Date” on the product page.

2. Payment Terms for Pre-orders

Depending on the campaign, pre-orders may be placed via 100% Cash on Delivery or with a nominal token advance via bKash/Nagad. The specific terms are always clearly shown on the product checkout page.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Schedule

Pre-order items are shipped on a strictly prioritized FIFO (first in, first out) queue as soon as production batches pass quality inspection. If any factory or shipping delay occurs, you will receive proactive SMS and WhatsApp updates.

4. Cancellation & Pre-order Refund Rights

You may cancel a pre-order at any time prior to physical dispatch without penalty. If any advance was paid, it will be refunded 100% via bKash/Nagad within 24 hours of cancellation.
